Anaal Nathrakh is a British extreme metal band that combines aspects of black metal, death metal, and grindcore. They probably have the most intense vocalist I've ever heard.

My next test day for squat is going to be in the beginning of September. I've decided on a goal of 500 in a belt and sleeves. I should be over 450 right now, so 500 seems attainable with the way things have been going.
