08.01.13 Overhead Stuff

This was about a 20 lb PR since I haven't tried it in a couple years.  After the rep with 205, I push pressed a couple reps.

After both sessions, I did band distracted hip stretches.  These really seem to be working.  It seems that what ails me is a hip flexor, not a abductor.  I also did some shoulder traction.

So, I really suck at overhead strength.  On the bright side, there's plenty of opportunity for PRs here.
