I had planned on going heavier on military and move into push press today, but it just felt like hell. For the long pause bench, I held the pause a second longer than I did last time, with 4 seconds. My shoulder is not in good shape after this.
I plan to test raw lifts toward the end of August, so I'm tapering my volume and making things heavier overall. I'm semi-peaking for the test day(s).
