08.18.13 Incline Bench

Angelcorpse was a blackened death band from Kansas.  Unfortunately, they've broken up...


I ran yesterday.  It was only a mile, and I thought I was going to puke.  I didn't time it, but I'm guessing it was about 9 minutes.  There's a real difference in running at 190 and 205.  The impact on the feet is noticeably harder.

Today's training:

Incline Bench
185 x 5
205 x 5
225 x 5
245 x 5
185 x 12

I believe this is a PR.

Barbell Shrug
225 x 10 x 3

...because I'm trying to look swole.

Bitch-ass-ness is creeping it's way into my training due to accumulated fatigue and now caloric deficit and cardio.  I better start to suck less.  I need to hit a 500 conventional deadlift and a 225 military press this week.

I have poison ivy on my ass, and it's really grinding my gears.  That is all.
