Italian black metal band Lord Vampyr has a bit of a thrash sound, which I like.

This may be a rep PR. I used a wide grip because I want to use this movement to build my shirted bench more so than raw, and my previous PR was set this way. My PR is 375 on this, I think, so I'm up to par for that. I may have been able to get a fifth rep, but I had one of those spotters who likes to put his hands on the bar and help when it looks hard, so I didn't.
