08.21.13 Bugger all.

Retribution sounds quite a bit like Dimmu Borgir.

Yep, I missed it.  I shouldn't have even attempted it today, but my stubborn ass wouldn't listen to my logical ass.  Warmups felt bad.  My technique was off.  It was all bad.

I'm not sure when I'm going to try it again.  Next week seems like a bad idea.  The week after that is a deload, and the next week starts Westside.
