Post-layoff PR.  This seems like a good time to mention that all of my benching is done 'thumbs-from-the-smooth' with 12" wrist wraps and no spotter because I'm usually the only one in the gym.  I can't decide what grip width feels best for my shoulder.  Honestly, no grip feels that great, which is why I only bench once a week, tops.
