7.25.13 Bench

Here's a local black metal band from Boston, Infera Bruo.

I had planned on getting in the shirt today, and I did, briefly.  Unfortunately, there were no spotters around, and going heavy in a shirt is just too dangerous without at least two spotters.  I did some heavy raw benching instead.
