It has happened. I woke up this morning, and knew today was the day. I went to the gym, stretched my hip every which way, and squatted. The hip is not quite 100%. It's around 90-95%, but that was good enough for today.

I replaced the usual paused squat with oly squat because it's much easier on the hips. Just one set since this is my first time squatting in a couple weeks. I don't want to have too much DOMS because 405 x 5 needs to happen on Monday.
