Here's a German death metal band that hasn't really done much yet.
I almost didn't go this morning. The other day, a pal showed me a study about melatonin supplementation slightly, but significantly, raising levels of HGH and lower levels of it's blocker, so I used it the past two nights. Let's just say it does funny things to my sleep, and I was feeling groggy this morning. I lifted anyway. It went fine.

I stayed away from really heavy movements today to give the old shoulder
a break, and skipped my usual bodybuilder-esque triceps work because I
did close grip 3 board, and I didn't feel like doing it. I really just
wanted to get in and get out quickly.
I'm finding it difficult to remember how many reps I'm getting on my drop sets. I'm shooting for 12, but I guess it doesn't really matter as long as I'm stopping a rep or two short of failure consistently.
There were several loud bangs outside my garage just now. My dog freaked out, and there were more, louder noises. I grabbed a knife and flashlight to investigate. We didn't find anything that could have fallen or made the noises. If you're the perpetrator, and you're reading this, be warned. Next time, I'm coming out with my glock.
